Hunter Batkins

Owner of NXT Level Recruits 

Hi, I’m Hunter Batkins, and I’m currently based in Dallas, Texas, though I’m originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia. Cheerleading has been a part of my life since 8th grade, and it has taught me some of the most important life lessons—leadership, responsibility, hard work, integrity, and a positive work ethic. These values continue to guide me in both my professional and personal life today.

I spent four incredible years cheering for Oklahoma State University, where I had the privilege of winning two national championships as part of the Large Coed squad. My path to Oklahoma State wasn’t straightforward, but it was one I wouldn’t change. What started as a goal to be recruited by the University of Kentucky led me to discover Oklahoma State through a cheerleading combine in Kentucky. I tried out, made the team, and spent the next four years growing both as an athlete and as a person while earning my degree. That experience solidified one of my core beliefs—that sometimes the best opportunities come from places we least expect.

Now, in addition to my real estate career and coaching role at Spirit of Texas, I’m dedicated to helping young athletes navigate the college recruitment process through NXT Level Recruits. I’m passionate about guiding them, helping them showcase their talents, and connecting them with the right programs to pursue their dreams.

Cheerleading continues to shape how I approach life, and I’m grateful for the lessons it has taught me. Every person’s success story inspires me, and it motivates me to keep pushing forward while helping others do the same.
